There is a ‘ōlelo no‘eau (Hawaiian proverb) that reads “‘Ike aku, ‘ike mai. Kōkua aku, kōkua mai. Pēlā ka nohona ‘ohana.” This translates into “Watch, observe. Help others and accept help.
